This is the public, curated changelog for Flow. It records understandable changes and known limits; security-sensitive implementation details remain private.

Current Builder Alpha

Added

• Public documentation for Builder Alpha scope, participation, and known limitations.
• The documented boundary for a separate, explicitly started Provider Preview capped at 32 output tokens.

Known limitations

• Flow remains a closed, invite-only alpha.
• Builder Alpha supports design, validation, versioning, and simulation only.
• No workflow inference, provider calls from workflows, or external actions are available.
• The Provider Preview is prepared but unavailable until the matching package chain and Flow consumer are published and all account, pairing, entitlement, and exact-provider consent gates pass. It is not a workflow run.
• The shared agent/contract candidate is prepared, but neither the npm next package nor the Flow consumer is published.
