Playwright runner

Runner uses the connected local agent to discover and execute Playwright tests in the selected project. The portal displays progress, logs, and the synchronized completion summary.

Before starting, confirm the agent status, project, test selection, and optional grep filter. Execution can consume local CPU and memory just like a direct Playwright command.
