The Settings area is where QA Studio handles workspace basics, AI connectivity, integrations, licensing, and advanced runtime controls.

Tabs and responsibilities

Basics

• Theme selection for the active workspace
• Instant language switching between English and German
• Brand voice and system instruction defaults for the assistant

AI

• Provider selection for Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, Azure, local models, or AI Proxy
• Authentication via API keys, local sessions, or supported OAuth flows
• Model synchronization for the currently selected provider

• Team and private deployment options add Swarm QA, advanced integrations, and extended infrastructure workflows
• Private deployment options remain on request and are not part of the default public self-serve flow
