Settings
The Settings area is where QA Studio handles appearance, language, AI connectivity, project integrations, and diagnostics.

What you can configure
Interface Identity
- Theme selection for the active workspace
- Instant language switching between English and German
AI Engine
- Provider selection for Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, Azure, and local models
- Authentication via API keys or supported OAuth flows
- Model synchronization for the currently selected provider
Integrations and Runtime
- Git, GitLab, GitHub, YouTrack, and TestRail connection details
- MCP extension access and workspace root configuration
- Proxy, sandbox, and diagnostics settings for supported environments
Release behavior
Release builds no longer rely on free manual module toggles for normal product activation.
- Shared core surfaces follow the active project setup and license.
- Team surfaces are unlocked through the license model, not through ad-hoc release toggles.
- Advanced private deployment surfaces remain on-request and are not part of the normal public self-serve plan flow.
- Direct override controls are reserved for internal diagnostics and support workflows.
License-aware overview
- Shared core across all paid plans: Runner, Test Hub, AI assistance, Swarm QA, Accessibility Auditor, Scout, and evidence/PDF outputs
- Team adds advanced MCP integrations, Device Lab, Architecture Audit, and priority support
- Private deployment options on request include Ops Portal, Scheduled Swarm scans, webhooks, Checkmk, and self-hosted infrastructure options such as AI Proxy
