Installation

xyva is distributed as a standalone application for Windows and macOS.

📋 System Requirements

Before installing xyva, ensure your system meets the following neural prerequisites:

• OS: Windows 10/11 or macOS 12+ (Apple Silicon supported natively).
• Node.js: Version 18.0 or higher.
• Git: Installed and available in your PATH.
• Browser: Chromium, Firefox, or WebKit (managed automatically by Playwright).

📥 Installing the App

1. Download the latest installer (.exe or .dmg) from the Release Page.
2. Run the installer.
3. On macOS, drag the xyva icon to your Applications folder.
4. Launch the application.

🔧 Post-Installation Check

xyva will automatically perform a System Health Scan on first launch. If any components (like Node.js) are missing, it will alert you immediately.

For Playwright users: xyva can automatically install the necessary browser binaries if they are missing from your project.
